That can be tricky to do, but you can soak it in a bucket of hot water mixes with distilled vinegar, a 50/50 solution. Make sure you submerge the tubing by hand, until it has filled up and all air has been expelled, then soak it for at least an hour. Rinse well, inside and out, with hot water.
You can also attach a soft cloth, soaked in vinegar, to a long wire, and pull it through.
