My PH is off the chart. How do I bring back to normal? All other factors are good.

Asked by: MJordan
Good morning, Thank you for your inquiry. First, we would recommend that you have the pH tested a second time to make sure that your results would be correct. If so, then we would advise that you perform 25% water changes every other day with Spring Water to help lower the pH that you have in your tank. Once you have it to the level that you are wanting for your fish, we would recommend adding EasyBalance to help stabilize the pH. MINI

I purchased your 6-in-1 Multi-test kit at Pet Co Thursday June 2 ,2016. After opening it I found NO color chart to compare my testing to. Could you send me one. Thank You!!

Asked by: terrybear
The chart is on the bottle itself, not inside the package. The back label peels away to reveal it. BREX

When starting an fish tank how long before you test?

Asked by: LadyK
You should test the water prior to adding any fish to it to see what type of water quality you have, and whether or not you need to make any adjustments for the types of fish you want to keep. Once you have fish, test daily during the first month, starting 24 hours after adding the first fish. BREX
