Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as nice as I hoped... Bought the majesty stand and matching canopy for a 45g tall. Unlike my current tank stand, the "lip" that wraps around the bottom of the tank does not completely hide the black protective plastic at the base of the tank. If you look extra close at the websites pictures you can see this. I contacted marineland before I made the purchase to request more photos of the one responded. I actually had to buy the canopy for a 65g, because maruneland doesn't make one for the 45g... its basically the same dimensions, just not as deep. They make the stand for a 4g, but not the canopy. Hmmm?I will have to do some woodworking to make it fit properly, and I'm sure marineland will let it be known their warranty will be void.Hopefully I will never need any of the warranties. Hopefully this setup will last as long or longer than my 20g display: Reef tank, 18yr olds and counting, moved 5 times in 9 years with no signs of weakness or damage. ...and it completely hides the awful plastic at the top and bottom of the tank..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leveling Voids Warranty After getting my 75g tank and stand home decided to check if it was level , checked a few spot that I thought I would like to put it ,and they were all slightly off level , got some shims to level it. While looking on Google to see if Marineland had any instructions on the best way to level your tank, came across some FAQ and 1 was about leveling your tank and the response was the it voids your warranty called to find out if that was true, was told yes it does. putting anything under it to level it voids the warranty. Improve the design of you stands and make them capable of being leveled without voiding the warranty

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Weight Discrepency I bought the 75 gallon and stand at Pet Smart. Since the stand is held up by 1x4's uprights I asked MarineLand about the weight limits. They say 750lbs? The weight of the water at 75 gallons is 626lbs+tank 89lbs+100lbs gravel+50lbs rocks=865lbs? That's 115lbs over?????

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 75 gallon tank, stand, Glass canopy, light I bought it from petsmart on Feb 12th, on my birthday. Checked date January 2018. Great sealing job. Looks sleek. We did get rid of the light. Saltwater is my hobby that light is for fresh water imo. But here is a few pictures. Currently cycling. One con- why include the light if it's not needed for the set up. It's a waste of product. I would have rather picked the option without it. So it's not sitting in my house. FYI we did not drill the tank its not under warranty if you do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Majesty 75G kit I like the look of the stand and the canopy.Thing stop there. The stand center brace push in the center of the aquarium and make it wobble right or left by 1/8 inch...So much for support at all pressure point...The led is insufficient for more than the fish only setup in sea water...The silicone job is discutable for an aquarium listed around 549$ regular price.I was replacing mine since I did not want to re silicone it and after seeing that...Hum QA control at Marineland needs to step up seriously! I am not certain of thisAquarium future...Or I will have correct some poor silicone job. For that, I would recommend inspecting the aquarium before buying it...That is why I would not recommend it it is not a normal good job...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from products are really great I really like your products. they are the only aquariums, stands, etc that I sell in my store. Recently I have been receiving some of your Majesty cabinets and this week one of your oak pine majesty canopies where the trim is coming off. on the cabinets it is around the doors and the canopy was the trim on the top and the lower edge of the front. I decided to take pictures of the canopy. I really think your products are outstanding but recently I have had to repair the trim on quite a few stand doors. this is the first canopy. Iv'e been using several types of adhesive to repair the trim but I can't make it look like its not a repair. can you suggest what type of adhesive i can use that works fast with out having to clamp the trim while it is drying. thank you

should a 150 gal xh tank be supported around the parameter of the trim or just the 4 corners when it comes to a stand? I see the Majesty is just the corners while the Monterey is the entire parameter.

Asked by: Aaron13
Both are correct. Each stand is built differently and therefore they support tanks differently, but both have been thoroughly life tested to support the tanks they are sized for, in this case, 150g XH. BREX

i have the 75 Gal tank and base setup but need the replacement glass canopy which is 2 sections as my tank has a center brace and cannot find it in any store where i'm located.

Asked by: Kmg271
Because large tanks are not commonly purchased, stores rarely stock them or items for them. You may need to special order one from your local fish store, or you could just go on and order one. BREX

As a professional Union carpenter I have a hard time buying a cheap cabinet that is over priced. Will you provide the specs and I will build the cabinet and send video for you to inspect to retain warranty?

Asked by: Eagle12
We appreciate your concern and your question, but our stands are all engineer desigend, life tested, and proven to properly support the full weight of a tank filled to capacity. We do not provide specifications as those are considered proprietary. Additionally, we cannot verify warranty on any custom made stand. Tanks placed on custom made stands come with only a one year warranty on the tank itself, and nothing else. BREX

I just bought a Marineland stand and canopy from emperor reef in Buford Ga. along with a Aqueon 90 gallon reef tank. I noticed that the front of tank sits down into stand but the back of tank doesn't. Stephen told me that's how they fit. please help

Asked by: Jacky
No, that doesn't sound correct to us. Is the tank tilting forward or the back of it resting on the top back edge of the stand? You didn't mention which stand you bought, but the tank should sit completely down in the stand if it has a raised "frame" or "edge". You might want to call our Care Team at 1-800-322-1266 or email them pictures at BREX

I purchased the 75 gallon tank and stand. The stand has a thin plywood bottom. I will be placing the aquarium on carpet and don't want the bottom to bow upward from the carpet and pad. Can I use a 1" frame around the bottom of the stand to prevent this?

Asked by: rus1027
The carpet should not push the bottom of the stand upward once a filled tank is on top. We do not recommend any alteration of the stand as that will void your warranty on both. BREX

I just got the Marineland® 75 Gallon Aquarium Majesty Ensemble from pet smart and am worried the, what looks like 1x4 uprights might not hold all that weight over time and I can't find a max weight spec for it.

Asked by: Double J
The stand has been life tested specifically to hold the weight it is recommended for. Maximum weight is 750 lbs. Even with live rock and coral, it won't surpass this weight. BREX

Do you provide a canopy for the 45/47 gallon column tank? If so what are my options? Color, construction material and mounts or handles. Thank you

Asked by: Tulley the fish
Thank you for your interest in our products, Tulley the fish! Unfortunately, no, we do not make any wooden canopies for that size tank. BREX

Where can I purchase the wood canopy that matches this tank?

Asked by: arifina
That depends on what size tank you own. Not all tanks have wood canopies, only larger tanks do. Those are sold online through various vendors, such as or or can be special ordered through a local fish store in your area. BREX
