Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like the pump it does what I wanted it to do It keeps my water clean and clear the only reason I gave you the three star is because 4 months after I purchased it the valve block and the gasket started leaking so it made me mad and I put it on the Shelf so I purchased these products and I'm giving it another try and hopefully it works this time if not it's in the garbage I've had a Fluval 404 and it worked 24 years with no problems

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Valve Block for C-360 works like a champ I gutted out my filter and replaced the valve block. Works like a champ; however my filter continues to take in air and makes bubbling noises and squeaking noises. Not sure what is causing this issue, but this part works as expected.

The valve block you have pictured for the C-360 is not the same as the one I have . Mine has red locknuts and the valve lever and lock assembly are not the same. Before I purchase one , the one you have pictured is the correct replacement part ?

Asked by: DaveF
No, it is not. You have a Magniflow 360. The valve block in the picture is for the C Series 360. They have two different valve blocks and impellers, as well as slightly different housings. Call our Care Team at 1-800-322-1266 to order the correct valve block. Be sure to tell them you have the Magniflow. BREX

Will this work for the magnaflow c360

Asked by: Tkrech
No, this valve block does not fit the Magniflow 360 as that filter has a totally different valve block. Call 1-800-322-1266 for warranty help. BREX

Two issues 1 why does my C530 blow bubbles and how can I stop it from happens?  2 I am unable to get the valve block out of the canister seat. I have pulled the water lever and have turned the key?

Asked by: 00Ranger
I suspect the issues are related. However, you might be getting bubbles if the motorhead's o ring is a year or more old. The valve block may have o rings that need replacing, or may have broken. I am not sure why the valve block is not coming out, unless you are not lining up the key correctly. Try gently jiggling it back and forth, or pushing it slightly further or shorter to see if it lines up differently. Please call 1-800-322-1266 if you cannot resolve this issue. BREX

My key to my valve block is not turning to lock it down... this just happened all of a sudden ... what am I doing wrong?  Canister filter 360 is what I have.

Asked by: Kris_t73
I would recommend cleaning out the four nozzles/ports in case it is clogged. There may be some debris up inside of it, blocking the key from turning. You can also soak it in distilled white vinegar for up to 15 minutes, but I would definitely try unblocking it first, with a q tip or toothpick, etc. If you are unable to resolve this, please contact us at 1-800-322-1266. Valve block leaks when disconnected. Have to keep a bucket under while cleaning, is this normal ?

Asked by: Ksmugdog93
No, it should drip a few drops, then stop. Check to see if the valves are closing all the way when you lock it. To do this, flip it upside down after locking it and see if they appear to be open or not. If they are not locking completely, you may need a new valve block. If the filter is less than 3 years old, please call us and we can replace the valve block under warranty. BREX

I only need one collar that attaches the tube to the valve block. What is the price?

Asked by: Tim C
If you are referring to the hose nut, you will need to purchase the valve block in its entirety. Hose nuts are not sold separately. The valve block is available for $25 -$18, depending on where you purchase it. BREX
