Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great online experience - almost First I have bought from Marineland previously and had good experiences from an online perspective. That being said I bought this in error as I didn't notice it had the bottom part of the canister that fits onto motor and I wanted just the full free standing canister. I have returned the product 3 weeks ago now and not seen a credit on my card. Will continue buying from them just wondering where/when my money will be refunded. PS questions below - I have a pond not aquarium

Crack in canister

I have a 350 and somehow it got a small crack where the impeller sits. Would I be able to put a small amount of silicone over it and still have it work?
Asked by: Jaxpolice1406
Cracks like that typically happen when something gets down into that area and is there long enough for the impeller to grind it into the side, causing a crack or hole. You can certainly try the silicon sealant, but I don't know how long it will hold. It does not adhere well to acrylics or plexiglas, etc. BREX
