does the 70 gal. 30x30x18 corner flo. have or ever had a tempered glass bottom? i purchased this tank roughly 5 years ago. and just now getting around to using it
No panels are tempered, but keep in mind that any drilling voids all warranty.

In your 120 XH dual corner-flo aquariums it states that the maximum flow rate for them is 700 gallons per hour. Is that 700 gallons per hour a total of both of the corner-flos - or is that 700 gallons per hour per each corner-flo? Thanks!
That is 700 gallons (and they can go up to 750 gph) for EACH overflow, not combined.

I am looking at purchasing your 120 gallon dual corner over flow tank long. 5' Can you send me the plumbing information along with the specs, layout, how to plumb it, etc? Also do you have a diagram that i can put on my stand to cut the wholes?
Yes, we can send all of that to you. Keep in mind, custom stands shorten your warranty to one year on the tank only. I will email the material to you directly.

CORNER FLO 150XH 48" x 24" x 30" PIN:97009 Quick one, are any of the panels tempered glass on this tank? Would like to drill one side panel for a overflow, and yes I know it voids the warranty;) Thanks G.B.
I'm pretty sure I answered this question yesterday. No, none of the panels are tempered, and yes, drilling voids the warranty.

Hello, Could you please tell me the outside dimensions of the black molding on a 120 long tank?
48-3/8 x 24-3/8 x 25 would be the outside dimensions of our standard 120 gallon tank. We don't make a long version, only standard and XH.

Hi, I recently bought a 180 gal. perfecto tank and was wondering if I build my own stand will this void the warranty?
Not exactly. Instead of a lifetime warranty on it however, you will get only a one year warranty and only on the tank itself, nothing else. With the limited lifetime warranty you can also have coverage for damage to stands, etc. To receive the lifetime warranty, you do not have to buy our stand, but you do have to buy a manufactured aquarium stand.

Is it possible to get it drilled so that it can fit 2" bulkheads? I have a huge sump set up in my basement that feeds my display tank in our first floor den and I'd like to get more flow if possible.
Unfortunately, no, we do not do any custom orders any longer.

We do not sell direct, unfortunately, but I can definitely send you some instructions! I will email them to you directly.

Is this cornerflow always in the back left corner of the 110 gallon size? We have a client that is looking for a tank with it needing to be in the back left. Thanks!
Yes, it is. We do not make it a version with it in the right hand corner.

I'm looking for replacement corner overflows for my 220 gallon tank. Just the black piece that you silicone inside the tank. For some reason the previous owner took them out and capped of the drilled holes. Any way I can order those?
Unfortunately, we do not sell the parts to the overflows separately.

Does the 125 gallon corner flow tank have 1 or 2 cross braces. If it only has 1, do you plan to make any of the 125 gallon tanks with 2 cross braces.
Actually, there are currently two versions on the market. The old one had one brace, but we very, very recently just changed it so that it now has two braces. There is no new item number for the tank, so if you special order one through a LFS you need to make sure they explain to their distributor whether they want one or two braces. Item number for the tank is 10125. The new glass canopy is NV81608.

What color silicone is the 180 gallon corner flo made with and is there a plumbing diagram? Thanks. Dave
I just picked up my 180 corner flo that was made 1-2016 and it is only clear silicone around the very bottom that you won't see and is black silicone up the sides where you will see it when the aquarium is set up.

Custom Tank ?
Would you guys build a custom tank. I would like a 48x36x24 with 2 overflows and star-fire glass? I see you have one close to this size but i don't like the deep tanks . It makes it hard to reach the bottom to set things up ,also you need a strong light to get that deep for corals that you may have on the bottom .
No, we do not do custom tanks, unfortunately. The DD is 3" taller. We understand your concerns, but do not have a 36" wide tank less than 27" deep.

Glass cover for 300G DD
I just installed my new 300G DD. I'm looking for the glass covers you used to sell (item #36654), but I can't find them for sale anywhere on the internet. Is this a discontinued item?
Congratulations on your new tank! No, this is not a discontinued item. It is not a standard size, however, and will most likely need to be special ordered through a local fish store.

Corner flow tanks
Does the plumbing kits provided with these tanks come pre-glued at any/all joints? If not, is do you recommend not glueing?
No, it does not, and no, we do not recommend gluing. You can glue, but they are designed to be pressure fitted. That being said, I just installed an older, used 90 gallon in my office for my turtle and did NOT glue. I found it leaked just a tiny, tiny bit. All I had to do was use channel lock pliers to tighten the bulkheads, and it stopped. I had initially hand tightened the bulkheads and they were pretty tight, but I guess not tight enough. Just be careful to not overtighten with the pliers or you can crack the glass. Tighten slowly. I will send you a plumbing tip handout we have that I think will help you.

question on your cube aquariums
does the 93 gallon 30x30x24 cube come with trim? or is that size only available rimless? also does the 93 gallon cube come with the opinion of reef ready with a corner over flow?
It is only frameless, but comes with or without an overflow.

What tolerance to the stands need to have in flatness?
I recently purchased a 110 gallon corner overflow and built my own cabinet. The stand is solid and level. However, when I set a 48" level on the top rails, there are a few areas I can pass a sheet of paper between the stand and aquarium. The gap is too small to see or measure, but its between the thickness of a credit card and a sheet of paper. Will the tank safely deflect to accommodate this? Should I put a sheet of 1/8" foam or neoprene to help level the top rail?
We typically cannot advise on custom stands. The levelness of the stand, as well as the strength of the material are not the only considerations. It is how well the stand can support the pressure points of the tank in question. This takes a good deal of testing to verify. Therefore, we do not recommend custom stands. If you wish to email pics of your stand to my attention, I can run them by the engineer after the first of the year.
