If you need help with a Marineland product, you can contact us by phone or by e-mail. Our online parts catalog can be accessed through the Parts link, or by looking up individual products, and selecting the Parts tab.

You can call 800-322-1266 for any issue or question related to your consumer or commercial system. Listen to the voicemail prompts to select the appropriate extension for your question. Our phone hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.


When ordering consumer product replacement parts, please be ready to provide the following:

  • The part number (if possible)

  • A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

Warranty Policy

  • If you have a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Service Team about your product issue and how to best handle your problem. Warranty returns should be sent to Marineland Online Returns, 4015 Lakeview Corporate Dr., Edwardsville, IL 62025, but you must call before sending in your product in order to get authorization and further directions.
